We are associated with the Brand Leaders in the trade and to name a few like Indian Oil, TATA Motors, Ashok ley land, MRF, Shell, Castrol, FAG, Exide, Wipro Fluid Power, ZF etc. RASHMI MOTORS, Cuttack: Started with Tata Authorised Service Station for CVBU (ISO 9001:2008) & TATA Authorised Service Centre for PCBU a channel partner of Tata Motors situated at the confluence of NH-5 & NH-42 at Manguli Chowk, in close proximity of the city of Cuttack, the Commercial hub of Odisha. Started in the year 1995, RASHMI MOTORS has been able to cater to the needs of necessary after Sale Service for the Tata range of vehicles operating in the areas encompassing at least 30% of the State. Spreading over a land area of 5.00 acres with employee base of around 100, it has been managing the service activity quite professionally.Presently RASHMI MOTORS has taken the dealership of Ashok Leyland both M&HCV and LCV resigning from service franchises of TATA Motors. RASHMI MOTORS, Duburi: The set up with 2S facility at Duburi which was utilized for TATA Authorised Service Station for CVBU earlier is lying vacant which will be used for Ashok Leyland LCV & M&HCV service purpose.Duburi (on NH 200) popularly known as ‘Kalinga Nagar’ in Jajpur district of Odisha. Kaling Nagar is emerging as the Largest Steel hub in the Country with all most all the major steel producers like TATA, Jindal are in the process of establishing or have already commissioned their most ambitious green field projects. The said 2S Set up would be eyeing for the entire business of that locality, which is spreading over a land of 5 acres. The area is surrounded by chromite mines and iron ore mines. Rashmi Filling Station: An exclusive IOC Retail Outlet started in the year 1987 and having a present turn over of around Rupees 10 Crores. Distinction of being the highest selling retail outlet in between 1988 to 1998. Still manages a good business in face of fierce competition. Recently the R.O. has been modernized with the paver block Island, huge canopy with latest RVI fittings and new technology dispensing units. This R.O. is assessed in accordance with the requirements of IOCL STANDARDS AND NORMS by Indian Register of Shipping vide their Certificate No. IOCL/OR/0013 on dtd. 22.04.2007. It is situated just besides the RASHMI MOTORS on N.H.-5, Cuttack. RASHMI MOTORS: Achievements And Milestones: RASHMI MOTORS was conceived as a TASS in the year 1995 under license from TATA Motors to operate and cater to the requirements of after sales services of the TATA Vehicles in the undivided Cuttack district. It is the Flagship unit of the Rashmi Group. August’ 1995, RASHMI MOTORS was Commissioned as “A” Grade TASS for Commercial Vehicle in a 4500 sqft semi automated closed workshop with 6 bays and other ancillary facilities. December’ 1998, With the increased vehicle population and associated demand thereof, there was an addition of Pillar Less Fish bone type closed workshop measuring 10,000 sqft, which comprised of 14 bays, overhauling rooms, customer’s launch, machine shop, warranty room, lube & tools room, workshop training room and miscellaneous facilities. The TASS was shifted to the new facility. August’ 1999, Appointed as the TASC for Passenger Cars, second of this kind in the State, with some additional infrastructure and facilities for Passenger Cars. January’ 2002, Gained confidence in indirect sale of LCV, being authorized by Tata Sales & Service Orissa, Bhubaneswar. Sale of around 500 vehicles as the channel partner of TSSO in consortium with BHPC finance. January’ 2004, Implemented Project Viswas sponsored by TATA Motors to increase Workshop profitability and raise the Customers Satisfaction Index (CSI). March’ 2005, achieving a turn over of around 6.00 crores. Being the service providers for the highest not of vehicles in the State. Adored with Castrol Royal Club Membership, being within best 30 selling outlets among Dealers, TASSs & TASCs in India and No.1 in Eastern region. March’ 2007, RASHMI MOTORS expanded itself and opened another TASS at Duburi, Kalinga nagar, Jajpur the Steel Plant hub of Orissa. December’ 2009 A new office building of around 4000 sq ft consisting of wholly air conditioned office space, reception, customers lounge, conference cum training facility, system room & data centre was completed and commissioned which was instrumental in enhancing the CSI. February’ 2010 The new Accident Repair shed of around 7,000 sq ft was commissioned to cater to the specific needs of critical accident repair section and segregate the accident repairs covered under the TATA Insurance Schemes with requisite additional skilled manpower. July’ 2010 This year RASHMI MOTORS crossed another milestone by achieving ISO 9001:2008 certification by Bureau Veritas Certication (INDIA) Pvt. Ltd. Oct’ 2012 M/s RASHMI MOTORS has surrendered the TASS & TASC and started the Ashok Leylend M& HCV dealership for the district of Cuttack, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, angul, dhenkanal, Boudh & Deogarh having 3s set up at Cuttack and Angul. April’ 2013 RASHMI MOTORS was awarded with dealership of light commercial vehicle of Ashok Leyland for the district of Cuttack, Jajpur, Kendrapara,Jagatsingpur, Angul, Dhenkanal , Puri, Khurda & Nayagarh.A separate 3s set up for LCV is under construction at Phulnakhara on N.H – 5, Cuttack – Bhubaneswar Road.
